Philippe Ravisy is the founder of the firm. He supports executives and expatriates at key moments in their careers by helping them anticipate the strategic consequences of their reactions or the decisions they have to make.
Philippe has built a strong reputation thanks to the results he has achieved for executives of companies of all sizes, through negotiations, legal proceedings, and arbitration.
In addition to regularly publishing articles in the business and specialist press, Philippe is the author of two books: “Le harcèlement moral au travail” (Moral Harassment in the Workplace) and “Négocier son départ de l’entreprise” (Negotiating Your Departure from the Company) (published by Delmas Express).
Philippe holds a DEA (postgraduate diploma) in business and economic law from the Institut de Droit des Affaires d’Aix en Provence (laureate of the faculty).
He holds certificates of specialization in labor law and social security law. He is also an arbitrator accredited by the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Center (CMAP). He has taught labor law in a master’s program at the École des Mines-Paritech.

He works in French and English.

A partner at the firm for over 21 years, Susana practices labor law on a daily basis. Her practice is entirely dedicated to executives, senior managers, and managers.
She has extensive experience in negotiating severance agreements and managing labor disputes. Susana has developed specialized expertise in fixed-day agreements for executives, individual layoffs for economic reasons, and specific issues related to co-employment.
Susana is the author of the book “Droit du Travail” (Labor Law), published by Hachette in the TOP’ ACTUEL collection, a summary of labor law that focuses on sensitive issues for executives. The book is regularly updated; the 2020-2021 edition was published on February 6, 2020.
In addition to her regular articles in the business and specialist press, Susana is interviewed by the national press.
Susana holds a postgraduate degree in business law and a certificate in legal English. She is fluent in French and Portuguese and speaks English. For several years, she has provided training at INAVEM on the subject of moral harassment.
