In order to ensure that our first meeting is truly effective and productive, we ask that you provide us in advance with the information necessary to understand the working relationship, as well as a few documents that will allow us to analyze your legal situation. This formal approach allows us to focus on the important issues during our meeting, so that you can have a clear idea of the various possible outcomes of your case and the chances of success of a negotiated departure or legal action.
