Philippe Ravisy is the founder of the firm. He assists executives and expatriates at key moments in their careers by helping them anticipate the strategic consequences of their reactions or the decisions they have to make.

Philippe s’est forgé une forte notoriété grâce aux résultats obtenus au profit de dirigeants d’entreprises de toutes tailles, au fil de négociations et de procédures judiciaires ou par voie d’arbitrage.

In addition to articles published regularly in the economic or specialized press, Philippe is the author of two books: "Le harcèlement moral au travail" and "Négocier son départ de l'entreprise" (published by Delmas Express).

Philippe holds a postgraduate degree (DEA) in business law and economic law from the Business Law Institute of Aix en Provence (laureate of the faculty). He holds specialty certificates in labor law and social security law. He is also an approved arbitrator by the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Center (CMAP). He has taught labor law courses in a Master 2 program at the École des Mines-Paritech.

He works in both French and English.

Susana Lopes Dos Santos

Susana Lopes Dos Santos

Susana has been a partner in the firm for more than 21 years and practices labor law on a daily basis. Her activity is entirely dedicated to managers and executives.

She has extensive experience in the conclusion of negotiated departures and the management of labor disputes. Susana has developed a specific expertise on fixed-price agreements for executives, on individual economic layoffs and on specific issues of co-employment.

Susana is the author of the book "Droit du Travail", published by Hachette in the collection TOP' ACTUEL, a synthesis of labor law which takes stock in particular of sensitive subjects for managers. The book is regularly updated; the 2020-2021 edition was published on February 6, 2020.

In addition to the articles she regularly publishes in the economic or specialized press, Susana has been interviewed by the national press.

Susana holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in business law and a certificate in legal English. She is fluent in French and Portuguese and can also speak English. For several years, she has provided training at INAVEM on the theme of moral harassment.

Noro-Lanto Ravisy

Noro-Lanto Ravisy, partner, has spent more than 25 years in the M&A and Private Equity world, working for major Anglo-Saxon business law firms. A corporate lawyer, she combines her legal expertise with a solid financial background acquired at Andersen, where she spent the first 13 years of her career.

Noro-Lanto advises managers in connection with equity transactions (mergers, acquisitions, LBOs, etc.). She has developed a perfect mastery of the management package.

In litigation and pre-litigation, she works in synergy with our specialists in employment law to provide managers with her expertise in corporate law and private equity.

Noro-Lanto has joined Astaé to strengthen our offer for managers and executive shareholders.

Noro-Lanto is a graduate of the Business Law Institute of Aix-en-Provence and holds a DESS in Business Law and Taxation and a Diploma from the Insurance Institute.
